I personally find Cloud Gaming better for single-player experiences as I do get intermittent lag which makes multiplayer and sports games too difficult to play competitively. I have found that this setup offers the best performance and stability over the likes of Chrome, Safari, and Firefox. I highly recommend using Microsoft Canary Edge as your internet browser for the purpose of Cloud Gaming on a MacBook. Once you have logged in, you will see a list of games that are compatible with the Cloud Gaming software. I want to use my Macbook as an external monitor for XboxĪs mentioned above, although you can’t use your laptop screen as the external monitor via HDMI, there are other solutions.
